Senior Pastor: Reverend James C. McRae III

Rev. James (Jim) C. McRae III is an Atlanta native. He graduated from the University of Georgia where he earned a B.A. in English. He pursued, after graduation, a career in contracting and enjoyed owning a business for seven years.The call to ministry was undeniable so he left his business and went into seminary. He attended Candler School of Theology at Emory and earned a Masters of Divinity. He has served as pastor of Underwood UMC, College Park First UMC, and now Stockbridge First where he has served for four years. He is married to Lisa McRae who has a career in real estate.
