  • Happy Hearts (Older Adults Ministry): Our Happy Hearts group is a very active group of folks who share in fellowship with one another. Our Happy Hearts are very active in their travels, frequently taking day trips around North Georgia. If you’re interested in becoming a Happy Heart, call for more information through the church office.

  • Worship Team: Our Worship team is responsible keeping our worship focused on God. Part of keeping our focus involves maintaining a orderly worship program, applying the paraments (colors) for the altar, arranging for materials for Baptisms and Communion services. They also perform the decorating function for special seasons in the church, including Lent, Easter, and Christmas. If you would like to assist in this very important task, contact our Worship team lead, Diane Benzon.

  • Drama Team: Over the years, our church has enjoyed several skits and plays put on by our very talented group of actors and actresses. Short plays as part of a worship service can help bring the Bible or the message alive. For information on how you can be a part of this vibrant ministry, contact Valerie Holderman.

Our Music program consists of the Chancel choir, Hand bell choir, Praise Band and Chorus, Mixed Ensemble, Men’s Quartet and Trio, Women’s Trio, Youth choir and two Children’s choirs. Our congregation is involved in a variety of local missions as well as World Service, United Methodist Women, United Methodist Men and Youth projects. Are you willing to be God’s hands and feet in the world, then let’s get to work!

  • Stewardship Team: The Stewardship team is always at work reminding the church of their responsibilities to God including their talents, time, treasures, and service. As part of a growing community, the church must be active in providing for the needs of our community. This work is the foundation of stewardship. If you have a talent that has yet to be tapped, we can point you in the right direction. Team Lead: Cindy Wilson
  • Communications Team: In today’s fast-paced world, the goal of the Communications team is to inform the congregation and church leadership of upcoming events, current needs and prayer requests. A compact disk of each week’s service is also prepared and made available to shut-in’s or anyone who may have missed the service or may want to hear it again. To find out how you can help spread the word, contact our Communications team lead.
